We are the Seeberger’s
& we love feeding you and your family!
Our Story
It all began with owner Lucas & Kelsey Seebergers’ love for good food!
After getting married, Kelsey found it very difficult to find quality, organic foods locally- so the idea of ‘Farm Little’ was born! Lucas & Kelsey decided it was time to make high quality, organic foods more accessible for their community.
After purchasing a stone mill, Lucas began milling locally grown, certified organic grain, into flour. Kelsey focused efforts on growing delicious & nutritious produce to sell. In 2023, butchering was added into the business.
They started their first summer of the store with a few bags of flour and some homegrown vegetables on the shelves. Things have expanded significantly by now- now carrying a wide variety of products.
The Seeberger’s are grateful to be part of the local food economy in Huron County, and look forward to continuing to grow and share their products with you!
Butchering
Lucas worked in a butcher shop for a few years and enjoyed it so much, he decided to make it a part of our business!
We offer a wide variety of precut/packaged chicken, turkey, beef & pork (all grown & processed on-farm!)
Contact for inquiries regarding custom butchering (beef, pigs, or deer).
We do not custom cut chicken- sorry for the inconvenience!
Flour Milling
The Farm Little mill is operated by Lucas, the resident milling expert!
Lucas is passionate about growing & sourcing high quality, certified organic grains to mill into versatile flour for every baking need. He loves building relationships with local bakers to get great flour into their hands!

Pantry Staples & Organic Produce
In past years, we have grown a fair sized garden, in order to offer you fresh, in season produce. We still grow some- but also rely on other organic produce producers (Firmly Rooted, Starseed Acres, Capella Meadows, Pfennings) to keep our store stocked with quality vegetables & fruits.
Although we are not certified organic, we are committed to providing you with organically grown produce. Our family doesn’t want to ingest vegetables sprayed with harmful chemicals, so we aren’t going to feed them to you either!
Be sure to check back often to see what new veggies are in season!
Finding quality, organic dry goods in Huron County/surrounding area proved to be a challenge for our family. Because of this, we decided to add these items to our store in order to make them more accessible to you!
Check out Wheat Berries, Dry Goods, Baked Goods & more page for a full list, but we are happy to stock all kinds of pantry staples including nuts, seeds, dried fruits, oats, grains, chocolate chips, cane sugar, baking supplies and more.
Aside from these, we also sell honey, maple syrup, and other local goodies.
We also carry tallow skincare products. We have a selection of tinctures/balms available as well- send us a message to see what we have in stock!
